The revolution in China promises to develop into a big thing, and while the Manchu nobility profess to regard the revolutionary party as rebels, the latter are fighting with skill and bravery, and with good results. Rebellion appears to be contagious, for recently we have had Turkey, Persia and Portugal at the game, and now comes CVina. There are rebels in private life, and there is much justification for rebellion.
