RECIPROCITY.

Mr. Feilding, in his statement, challenges the Conservatives to allow the reciprocity agreement io pass, and to await the elections of 1912; then, if the Government is defeated, reciprocity can be abolished. The Conservative caucus has decided to continue to obstruct the passage of the agreement through Parliament.
