BUTTER FOR CAXADA. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington,; Tuesday. , Hon. T. Mackenzie, Minister for Industries and Commerce, has received ad-, vice that through the failure of New Zealand shipper* of 'butter to comply with ihc requirements of the Canadian Customs Department importers in Canada have been put to considerable expense and annoyance.
