Mr. McKenzie: You had hotter be quiet or else I will order you out of the room. , Mr. G. T. Booth, chairman of the Christchurch Tramway Board, then made representations on behalf of the conference, after expressing regret at the incident. [The regulations were sent to Wellington City Council marked "confidential," and, after asking the Public Works Department to remove the "confidential" and receiving no answer, Mr. Smith handed the regulations to tie press.]
