A BOMB OUTRAGE. { New York, July 24. A bomb outrage was committed on I the ferry boat Netherland. The bomib wa& placed in a milk can and exploded. There were no fatalities, but a hundred passengers were panic-stricken. GLASGOW STRIKE RENEWED. . London, July 24. The dockers' strike at Glasgow has been renewed under orders of the Seamen's Uni«n.
