RUTHERFORD & SOX, of Rahotu. to sell liy auction at his Mart, Xew Plymouth, on SATURDAY, August 5, at 2 ii.ni., — rpiIEIR fine coastal properties, comprising 535 acres of freehold land in four farms of areas ranging from 111 to 160 acres; also 24!) acres of West C.S.R. Leasehold in one farm. These splendid properties front on the Main South. Parihaka and Tipoka roads,. find arc all between Pungarehu and- Rahotu townships and close to Post Office, Dairy Factories and School.
