Mr. Tuft, in a message expressing delight at I lie passage of the Reciprocity Bill, says that it indicates the increase of the mutual benefit to he derived from closer relations between Canada and the United Stati=. Congress is expected to adjourn til! the middle of August. It is stated in railroad circles at St. Paul's that numerous lines already built to the frontier will cross into Canada when reciprocity is effected.
