The executive of the Farmers' Union decided to reply to the Farm-Laborers' Union's request for a conference on the ground* that not being an industrial union it could not do so, but would be glad to consider the union's grievance if stated. A committee was sot up to report on the question of inducing the immigration of domestics for country homed only, one branch objecting and all the others favoring the suggestion..
