In reference to an application for oil boring rights over the Board's reserves and foreshore, Messrs. Comiebt, Bellringer nnd Dockrill were at yesterday's Harbor Board meeting appointed a committee to go into the whole matter of disposing of these options, and to wafte a recommendation to the next meeting of the Board.
