On Tuesday the semi-finals of both the senior and' junior ladies' championships were played'. None of the matches provided very close finishes, but next week's finals should prove very interesting. Scores— Seniors—Miss Stephenson had a bye from Miss Percy-Smith; Miss Brewster bea,t Mra Paton, 4 up and 3. Juniors, —Miss Saxtcm boat Mr=. Hutton, 5 up and 4; Miss Glasgow beat Mra. Glasgow, 6 up and 5. A reverse match, for ladies, will he played on the Ngaanotu links on Friday week (28th).
