TROUBLE ON THE BORDER. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Washington, July 18. As the result of the unfavorable conditions on the Arizona frontier, the United States has ordered troops to remain at Mogales. It is believed that the trouble is due to trans-frontier Mexicans. BACKING MADERO. THE CLOVEN HOOF.
New York, July 18. It is declared that the Oil Trust backed Madero in the revolution on condition he 9hould cancel the large holdings of Lord Cowdray, who was fighting the Oil Trust. Lord Cowdray is in New York trying to dispose of his holdings.
