NEWTGIS KING TAS received instructions from MESSRS..RUTHERFORD & SON, of Rahotu, to sell by auction at his Mart, New Plymouth, on SATURDAY, August 5, at 2 p.m.,— npHEIR fine coastal properties, comprising 533 acres of freehold land in four farms of areas ranging from 111 to 160 acres; also 249 acres of West C.S.R. Leasehold in one farm. These splendid properties front on the Main South, Parihaka nnd Tipoka roads, and are all between Pungarehu and Rahotu townships nnd close to Post Office, Dairy Factories and School.
