ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
CRUSHED BY MACHINERY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wanganui, Yesterday. A man named Alexander Fargie died in the hospital this morning as the result of injuries sustained at the Eastown railway workshops on Saturday. Fargie was caught in some belting, and his chest was severely crushed against a wheel, his lungs being punctured and his heart injured. Deceased leaves a wife and seven ehildren.
