DEPUTATION TO MINISTER. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received 18, 12.35 a.m. Sydney, July 17. Mr. Bceby, Minister for Labor, states that teachers can form a union, but does not see how the Industrial Board will benefit them as far as salaries are concerned. This would be entirely dependent on how much Parliament voted.
