DROWNING OF A SAILOR.
MASTER OF SHU' BLAMED. A CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER. By Telegraph.—Press. Association. Auckland, last Night. The adjourned inquest concerning the death of Frederick Clark, the sailor who was drowned when the scow Flora foundered in Auckland harbor recently, was brought to a close this afternoon'. The jury returned a verdict that Ihe master of the Flora was responsible for deceased's death in leaving Forester's Jkv with too much cargo aboard and no* throwing more shingle overboard when lie found that she was too deeply laden.
