By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. _ following is th e itcv. D. 0. Bates weather forecast:—High easterly winds and rain are probable north of East Cape and Kiuvhia, and strong southerly winds elsewhere, with cloudy and changeable weather, especially on the east coast of the North Island, where seas will also probably he rough. A cyclonic du turbance appears to be developing to, the northward of New Zealand.
