A BOAIB-SHEEL BURETS. SENATORS IMPUGNED. - PUBLIC OPINION INFLAMED. Received 21, 10.41 p.m. New York, September 21. 'William K. Hurst cast a bomb-shell fcl the Republican and Democratic camps by publicly reading letters from Arehbold, of the btaadard Oil Trust, to Senators Foraker and Sibley, indicating tint while in public office they had financial ami other relations with the Trust. OUwr documents similarly acafl Senators Bailuy and Easkjll, Democrats. The owners contend that the letters were stolen. Senator Foraker's explanation is that the moneys were legal fees for services unconnected with legislation. The disclosures have inflamed the public anew. Mr; Bryan has opened his campaign la New York.
