ANNUAL MEETTNUS. The following report is to be presented to the annual meeting of sfiarcholdci's in the Frankley Road Dairy Factory Company, to be held on 7th September: i"ln presenting (he eleventh annual bal-ance-sheet, your directors wish to again congratulate shareholders upon another successful year. The milk received during the year was 1,359,0001b; the butlerfat, 53,1!54.701b; the quantity of butter iuade, 00,75011) (27 tons 2ciwt lqr I8lb), 22.30 lb of milk being required to make lib of butter; the overrun, 13.22 p.n'cent.; the average test for the season, «.D4; the number of suppliers, 1!); the number of cows niilll'd, 410. The iimount distributed for milk to shareholders was .1:2430 His 7d, including a bonus of l%d per lb butter-fat paid to i the end of March; the average rate ot payment being 10.84 d jier lb of buttcrifat. You will be asked to elect two directors in place of Messrs. H. Okey 'and W. Brown, who retire by rotation. (Mr. T. O. Kelsey, who was appointed 'auditor last year, having died, Mr. 11. Stacker was appointed in his place. It twill be necessary to appoint an auditor !(and his remuneration fixed). Mr. Stocker offers himself for re-election." Salaries and wages absorbed £l4O IS*, boxes £4O 10s, cartage £27 4s. freezing charges £34 17s lid, repairs £O3 2s Sd, iind £215!) 15s 3d. was paid for milk purchased, exclusive of £271 Is 4d paid out as a bonus.
