Per Press Association. Auckland, Saturday. Mr. C. C. Kettle, S.M., gave his "decision in the Nautical Court to-day regarding the collision between ' the Union Company's steamer Wairima and the scow Moonah, as the result of which a seaman named Fred Smith was drowned. The Court, was unable to I conclude that the Wiiiriina was in a»v way responsible for the collision, anil was of opinion that the master 0 f the ketch was solely responsible.
