A NEGLECTED "ENTENTE."
| BRITAIN AND IllE COLONIES. 1 London, April :)0. Speaking at the Lord .Mayor's Easter banquet at the Mansion House, Mr. T. A. Ooghlan, Agent-General for New South Waies, said one "entente" that was very much neglected by Britain was the establishment of close friendship between England and hor colonies. England felt so sure of the colonies' goodwill that she bought nothing from them. He was glad to see sign* of a decided change of feeling towards the colonies.
