CARTERS RESUME WORKSydney, March 27. The carters who struck in sympathy with the wharf laborers have resumed work. The strike executive, feeling that it was able to tie the ships up by merely koeping the engineers and crews out, caused the carters to resume. This prevented a lock-out of carters.
