NOBLE BENEFIT JIATCII. Received 23rd, 11.20 p.m. Sydney, March 23. Australia in their first innings made 569—Armstrong (not out) 146, Windsor 78. These two put on 226, which is the second beet record for the ninth wicket. Armstrong's innings was splendid and chanceless. The Rest of Australia in their second innings have lost four wickets for 175 McKenzie 30, Bardsley 67, and Maync 36, Mug the chief scorers.
