Received March 23, 9.28 p.m. Durban, March 23. ill'. .Moor, Premier of Natal, speaking at Winiton, complained about certain Commoners putting questions and otherwise speaking to the discredit and dishonor of Natal, Natal had acted, he said, within its chartered rights, bearing the white mail's burden, which was not made lighter by these Commoners' "damnable interference." lie hoped that better counsels would prevail and that Natal would be given an opportunity of proving the justice of her position.
