BEAUTIFYING PARIS..
0 A HUGE SCHEME.
Received 22nd, 4.15 p.m. Paris, March 21. Tho Prefect of the Seine has submitted to the Paris municipality a scheme to beautify the city at a cost of 24 millions sterling; two millions to be devoted to tho extinction of tuberculosis. The entire cost is to be provided by continuing tho existing sinking fund for 37 years.
