QUESTION OF BELGIAN ANNEXATION. BRITAIN SECURES REMOVAL OF INJUSTICES. London, November 29. Mr Hynians (Liberal) demanded such a course as the full right of Belgium, in yiew of her prospective obligations in connection with i'i Congo.
