It would be also useful t> enquire whether the plans astoeiatsd with the Arbitration Liws which apparently arc working well m New Zealand, arc adapted, under the different circumstance', lor Britan. He intend-d to inquire regarding Tarious scheme* of laul sc'.tlenient, and also the question of minimum wage.
