Boer Meeting at Pretoria
Complete Autonomy Preferred. (Received Jan. 30, 10.45 p.m.) , -CAPETOWN, Jan. 30. j At an influential Boer meeting at Pretoria it was resolved that if . any change of Government is intended complete autonomy alone will prove acceptable. Louis Botha declared that the substitution of representation for responsible government indicated distrust of the Boers, who would therefore better eschew politics until they got an acceptable form of government. The resolution carried protested against the dif-,1 fcrentiation between the Transvaal N and the Orange River colony.
