THE SHAMROCK INQUIRY.
DECISION OF MARINE COURT. PKB PRESS ABSOCUTIGN. Received 17, 0.7 a.m. Sydney, April 16. The Marine Court found the wreck of the steamer Shamrock was due to the second officer's mistaking the oider of |the captaiD, and the default of th* chief engineer, Mr H-rdereoD, in rot taking more effective measures to move the engines. The Court called upon Henderson to show cause why his cet'ifi'a'e should not be Hisppj ded.
