Co!onel Oradock responded to the toast of the " Fore? a of the Coleny." Loid Ouslew propos d the "Prosperity of New Zetland," and referred to her unexampled tuccess, advanced Initiation, and the compatibility of her Radicalism and Imperialism. Rehiring to the war, bis Lordship laid Britain's contingent for the front was 315,000 mer, and New Zea land's (proportionately to population) wis equivalent to 360,000. England's liberal re-settling of the Boeis would be made more liberal still to loyalists.
