THE BRUNNER COLLISION ENQUIRY.

The Marine Court found that Captain Setterfield, master of the Brighton, was responsible for the collision with the Brunner, and suspended his certificate for twelve months. There was default also on the part of the mate of the Brighton and the master of the Brunner, but insufficient to deal with their certificates.
