MAJOR MARCHAND GOES TO CHINA.
[PBB PBBfIS ASSOCIATION.] Received 23, 9 a.m. Paris, August 22. Major Marchand has been attached to the staff of General Yoison, who is commanding the French expedition to China. The Nationalists regard this as banishment for Marchand and are much incensed.
