The Appeal Court oponed this morning, Mr. Justico Martin taking his Chief Justice Sir Robert Stout and Jud-;i'S Williams, Conolly, and Ed w.iid.s v.To on the .Bench. Boir-y'a c-fio camo before the Courtin tho rhi.pe cf an appeal from a refusal of a writ of habeas corpus in respect of his extradition. Preliminary objection was taken that the Court had no jurisdiction to hoar the appeal. Later. In the Appgal Court, in Bouvy's case, judgmrijif, was roserved on the pivliminuiy objections raised as to the power of the (J.iurc to hear the case If not sustained, argument on the main question wi'l pioceed.
