Four thousand child refugees from Bilbao, mostly orphan's, will be receiived aiti Southampton and accommodated in a canvas camp in a thirty acre field at North Stoneha.ni, until homes are available for them. The Catholic Church will take 1000, and the Salvation Army 400 children.
