Nurse Dodda and Nurse Millicent Sharpies, selected by the Spanish relief committee to aid loyalists fighting in Spain, bade farewwell to a small meeting of friends and supporters at Wellington. With Sls'.er R. Stoadbolt, Auckland, they are to leave for Auck. land, on Saturday, fully equipped and supplied with drugs and dressings,'' and they will sail by the Awatea on May 19 on the first stage of the journey. Speakers to-night included Professor H. B. Kirk, Matron A. H. Cookson and representatives of socialist organisations and the relief committee.
