Torrential Rain in N.S.W. Press Association—Copyright. Sydney, March 16. Torrential rain Is still drenching the greater part of New South Waits, causing northern inland and coastal rivers to rise menacingly. Shipping and aerial services are disorganised. Several 'coastal vessels due at Sydney to-day did not arrive and have not been reported. The whole coast line was lashed by mountainous seas and visibility was poor. The Glenfield military camp was washed out overnight. Wind levelled every tent. Parts of the Sydney catchment area registered six inches of rain in 24 hours. Several northern coastal towns' are already Isolated and roads are under water.
