NIGHT NOISES.

Sleeplessness and Nervous Upset Complaint at the use of a borough section near their properties for the night grazing of mixed stock by a dealer was made in a letter from Messrs. A. C. Burgess and A. Bake, Cloton Road, which was before last nights’ meeting of the Borough Council. Horses and disturbances caused them sleeplessness and nervous upset. The council was asked to ensure cessation of the nuisance. The council decided that the dealer concerned be advised that sheep only are to be grazed on the section.
