COUNCIL REPORTS. Gleanings From the Monthly Meeting. TRAFFIC BREACHES. The borough inspector, Mr A. E. Sayers, reported to the meeting ot the Sti'atford Borough Council last night that during February 10 motorists were stopped re faulty headlights; two were warned re speed regulations; eight were warned for stopping on intersections; one stopping on Wrong side of road; and seven children were dealt with for riding cycles on the. footpath. ELECTRICAL INTERRUPTIONS. The bulk supply has been maintained at a reasonably good level during the month, reported the electrical inspector, Mr A. E. Pollock. There were several minor interruptions during the latter end of the month.. ; but these were ur avoidable owing to trouble developing on the power board lines. NEW WAITER MAING. New water mains have been completed in Miranda Street from Regan Street to Fenton 'Street; Romeo Street from Miranda Street to Hamlet Street and F'enton Street from Miranda Street to the four-inch main from Broadway.
