Important State documents, which if published would implicate Stalin and other Soviet ’eaders, are now believed to have saved Karl Radek from the sentence of death passed on his fellow accused in Moscow last week. After his arrest he informed the authorities of hiscoup, and knew theft his life at least was safe.
