Wellington, April 8. One of the worst southerly storms experienced for some time is being felfc in Wellington to-day, and damage has been done to trees and fences.
The steamer City of Agra left early this morning for Sydney, but was unable to make headway outside the Heads, and.' returned to harbour. '
