DANISH FRANCHISE BILL.

Copenhagen, April 6. The new Premier, addressing the Riksdag, said that the Government's only desire was to hasten the Franchise Bill through and hold a general election on the 22nd inst.
All the party leaders promised to support the Government in carrying out this programme.
