(Received April 8, 11.10 p.m.) London, April 7. A fall in exchange rates of 61 points in Paris and 87 in Rome, together with the situation on the Continent, has had a denressing effect on the Stock Exchange, and business is restricted. Consols are quoted at £45 17s 6d.
The London County Council is issuing, a loan of £7,000,000 bearing interest at 5-2 per cent. The price of the issue is £95; *■ ' v The decline in tin prices is due to heavy selling.
