(Received April 8, 10.30 p.m.) Rome, April 7. Italian newspapers sarcastically comment on the Ruhr position, that, whenever superior particular interests present themselves, each Power acts according to its own particular views, without reference to the Peace Conference. Britain did so act in Constantinople, Fiance in the Ruhr district, and Jugo-Slavia at Klagenfurt. Italy alone does not dare to act without the authority of the- Conference.
