Wellington, April 7. The atmospheric pressure has decreased everywhere and moderate to strong northerly winds have predominated Cloudy and unsettled conditions have" spread'over the Dominion and rain is reported in many parts. Iresent indications are for strong northerly winds backing by west to south; weather dull and misty; heavy ram probable, and rivers flooded; snow on high levels and colder weather following ; barometer rising everywhere after about ten hours
