ATTEMPT TO BLOW UP BARRACKS.

London, Feb. 23. Sinn Feiners bungled an attempt to blow up constabulary barracks at Ballynakinehj, in County Down.' gelignite wnjs inserted in holas drilled in the walls, but failed to explode. The town was previously isolated, the telegraph lines being cut and the roads blocked ■with felled trees.
