NORTH AND SOUTH CHINA.
VIRTUAL AGREEMENT

New York, Feb. 20.
The "New York TimesV Washington correspondent reports that it is expected that a virtual agreement will be reached between North and South China. A final conference for a settlement of difficulties will probably be held at Shanghai shortly.
It is understood that both the Pekin and Canton Parliaments will dissolve; that a new Parliament, which will sit at Pekin. will be filled by the election of a. Soil them leader.
Demobilisation of a large part cf the forces will also be earned out.
