LABOUR RIOTS IN LIGURIA.

(Received Feb. 22, 0.0 p.m.) Rome, Feb. 19. There was serious rioting in Liguria owing -to a lock-out from factories ovei a wages dispute. The men stormed and recaptured the- factories at Ansa-ldo, and repulsed troops with revolvers, stones and other missies. The men retain possession of the works. • Troops successful^' dislodged rioters from factories in other towns. There were many casualties.
