GOVERNORSHIP OF VICTORIA.
Melbourne, Dec. 3. Mr Lawson, Premier, announced that he had received a message from Lord Milner stating that a Governor would not be appointed to Victoria for six months, pending the result of the Commonwealth Convention which will discuss a redistribution of State .and Federal powers*
