A FAMILY MATTER.
In an application under the Family Protection Act, Mary Ann Scrimgeour applied for an increased allowance from the estate of William Scrimgeour, deceased. Mr C. R. Fell appeared for Mrs Scrimgeour, Mr Hillier Cheek for the oxecutors, Mr C. J. Harley for the defendants except Janies Walker and family, aud Mr E. B. Moore for the Walker family. An order was made foi the payment of £3 per week out of the estate," with leave to apply for variation in the event of change in circumstances and without prejudice to the power of the executors under tho will to increase the allowance.
