WORST DROUGHT ON RECORD
(Received Dec. 2, 10.5 p.m.) Sydney, Dee. 2. The Minister of Lands, in moving the second reading of the Farmers Drought Relief Bill, providing for an advance of one million and a moratorium, said that the drought was affecting seven-eighths of the State and was more serious than fhe Government had ever had to deal with. . The Bill was read the second time.
