The "Daily Express" states that the Dublin extreme Sinn Feiners are determined to retaliate against the wholesale proclamation of Sinn Fein organisations. Lord Frene.li and the whole staff at Dublin Castle are constantly guarded, as it is feared that attempts will be made on their lives. It is also expected that efforts will be made to blow up Government buildings. It is known that the Sinn Feiners Have collected a vast stock of high explosives which they are turning into bombs. The supplies are mainly from Scotland, whence sympathisers among the miners send gelignite. Constant outrages are perpetrated in the- country dstricts, such as the burifc ing of ricks and farm implements where the farmers are known to have dealings with Unionists or Orangemen.
